**NEW** Recruiting Initiatives: The national Headquarters team will facilitate hiring and recruitment efforts. Additionally, the corporate team has established a national awards program to recognize exceptional caregivers. Each quarter, franchise owners have the opportunity to nominate caregivers in their organization who exceed expectations and provide next-level care for their clients. The winner receives a $1,000 cash prize and is recognized on a national level.

The corporate team has also established a scholarship program for nominated caregivers to receive funding towards obtaining their CNA license. This licensure is often a next step in many caregivers’ careers and allows them to pursue their goals.

Why was this established? These initiatives were designed to combat the current hiring climate and separate ameriCARE from the competition in local markets. Studies have shown that caregivers often feel underrecognized and underappreciated by their employers. With exceptional corporate support throughout the lifetime of our franchisees, we’re able to invest in our owners’ success from day one. We’re looking for individuals to join our franchise family who are creative, coachable, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have compassion for their community. We have owners of all backgrounds in our network, many of whom have come from corporate America. Contrary to popular belief, all professional backgrounds are welcome– no health care or industry experience required!

New ameriCARE owners can expect to have their days filled with:

-recruitment efforts (hosting and/or attending virtual or in-person events)

-interviewing and hiring caregivers

-matching caregivers and clients systematically through our homecare platform to receive care

-meeting with potential clients and their families in their home for care assessments

-marketing efforts and social media engagement

-collaborating with the Headquarters team and approved vendors to strategize

-networking with community referral sources

-attending, sponsoring, and/or presenting educational community events

-quality care evaluations

Depending on the owner’s access to resources, they may decide to hire additional personnel to assist with operations.
